Not that I'm aware of. There are either real mil spec AN/PEQ 15s or there are airsoft toys. Having the night vision equipment to use one, is kind of pricey as well, (I suppose there are cheap versions there that work), but to get into that level of IR laser is not really a budget proposition.
Insight introduced the CIVL (Carbine Infrared/Visible Laser) at the SHOT show last year and the target price is about $500. It is still uncertain if it will see production but we can keep our fingers crossed.
