Several years ago, I shot up the last box of a case of 1000 .25 ACP W-W White box I had purchased.

Being of Scottish heritage, I had saved the brass, and bought dies and shellholder.:p

I purchased 1000 Remington 50GR FMJ bullets from my supplier, and sat down at the bench.

Screwing in the dies, and spray lubing 100 cases, I set to resizing on my old Lyman Orange Crusher.

I soon learned that when reloading .25, ABSOLUTE concentration is needed to prevent injury to fingers and make safe ammo. Did I underline ABSOLUTE???:p

Clears the mind of all outside thoughts.;)

Eventually, I even turned off the background music.

I finally got it done. All 1000 cases. Then came priming!:(:(

I used the RCBS bench mounted priming tool. More ZEN!

Fortunately, the Redding powder measure threw very consistent 1.0 grain charges of HP38. :)

Picking up, and seating the tiny little bullets required more patience than I ever realized I had.:D

A very light roll crimp and I was done. About 10 hours work, total.

If you ever need to completely clear your mind, like a ZEN master, reload a few boxes of .25.

I must give credit when it is due. I never heard of anyone reloading .25, or shooting a 1000. Now hurry up, shoot em up, and get back to the reloading. Peace!

I gotta ask, what kind of .25 pistol do you have that is comfortable enough to blow a thousand rounds?

I am one of only a handful of people who reloads .32 ACP. With my oversized fingers it is equally challenging.

Obviously it can be done. I've done it. But it is a challenge to your patience!
