MCarter, what does that thing weigh??

I can't pick one, I have a favorite for each category, but it's impossible to have an overall favorite.

Ha yea it's a little heavy, that is why I went with quick detach for most components. It is set up to varmint hunt at night and I am always shooting from a rest so the weight isn't too much of an issue.

That makes sense. It's a beautiful set up, but I imagine if I had to hump it on a 10-12 mile hike I would be one unhappy SOB.

Well, until I got there and scoped my target. :p

This is the Winchester Model 61 from 1941 that I've never missed an opportunity to brag about. :) This gun is first priority over all others I own.

Nice gun... I really liked shooting rabbits with those pump 22s when I was younger.

    My Favorite:

My Favorite is my Mini-14. No major problems with it, with my handloads, probably 50% MOA, 100 yards. My only drawback is my tremors from Parkinsons Diease, but for 74 years old, I have a lot of fun with it. Trigger job by GunDoc, barrel cut/Vortex flash hider. Probably should have it bedded.
