Your (lcp) serial number #......

    We have now crossed the 600,000 unit production benchmark.That's an incredible number in three years...One of the fastest selling handguns in the last couple of years...The units (LCP's) are numbered sequentially...Each series contain 100,000 units...The first prefix was 370...We've been through six series,370-375....That's 200,000 a year...WOW...For a new gun on the market,that's alot...Long live the .380...They brought it back from the dead......

    It's a novelty. Not fun at the range, not a good self defense gun either. What?

    Just my opinion and I'm stuck with it. I think I'll get the rasberry one. :D

    That part I'll agree with you on!

    I think mine will serve me well as a temp. SD gun, but I'm sure it will be replaced with in the next year. I'll keep it though, not that I will have much use for it, but I just can't bare to part with ANY gun. :D Maybe it'll be a tackle box gun or something.

    Was just reading on the Ruger Forum...A new (LCP) is made every 52 Seconds...
