what car would these hub caps go on?
I'm not much of a car buff. But the logo looks like a couple of felines on rear legs ready to slash with front. Jaguar or Renault?
Old ford lion crest. Probably 50’s.
wish i could see a little closer picture of the emblem on the hubcap itself. i think i have seen that one before.
here. looks like a sailing ship at top.
The ship looks like an old Plymouth emblem they used.
I thought they were lions.
Those are Indians and the ship is the Mayflower. It is an old Plymouth emblem.
ok, half way there.
now...what year model car???
trying to remember family cars...only plymouth we ever had was a 70 fury 3.
Late 40s early 50s
!950/54 era Plymouth BELVEDER
have a ref to confirm that?
My first guess is DeSoto.
I know I've seen that emblem when I was younger.
Oh well. I was close.
That is a 1954 Plymouth hub cap, fits a 15 inch wheel...................
people forget, the bigger the rim, the smoother the ride. i miss those old cars.
Have you ridden in my 1987 Olds with the 22" rims?
Next time your in town look for the burnt orange one.
(Yeah, right. The tire make up and suspension of the older cars (pre-radial-tire) gave the smooth ride.)
