Whistle from .223 Brass

    If only all recycling was this useful. It's not easy being green...except when making a survival whistle out of a shell casing. That looks pretty easy.

    I liked it! Nice & simple process. I'll have to see if i can come up with one from my 7.62x39 brass.

    Perhaps one of the musicians on the board might have some input on varying whistle hole sizes & the impact on the loudness or tone of the whistle?

    I dont see why not.... You would just need to find a straight walled .30 cal case (.30 carbine?) to replace the .22.
