a) browning bda .45
b)sig sauer p220 .45
c)bren 10 10mm
I like Sigs. Wasn't the bda. made at the Sig plant?
yes. they were made at the sig plant in germany. however according to sources i read a .380 version was made by beretta in italy
Sig P220. Accurate, stupid reliable and will take a beating and keep on shooting.
as a disciple of Col. Cooper I choose the Bren 10.
I like the Bren 10 myself. (.45 acp Detonics Combat Master as a back up)
None of those.
i wouldn't carry any of the three. i own a Bren 10.
I have one of those Detonics. Early one with a 4 digit serial number. One of my favorite carry guns and just fine as a primary gun for normal CC.
This list is too short.
But I like the 10mm, own a G20 so a modern Bren Ten- Tanfoglio in 10mm would be nice.
The Sig 220/Browning BDA is a solid weapon
I have big enough hands to support the 1911 clones that have double stacked magazines.
Don't lose the magazine.
SIG 220 hands down. The quality, reliability and durability of the SIG P220 is legendary.
A SIG P226 in 9MM would be even better.
I'm not familiar with any of those three guns...
I'll have to look them up... Unsure of what they look like
My daughter bought a Tanfoglio 10mm to take with her to State of AK Salmon monitoring station. We ran a couple of mags worth of ammo before she left. About shot 11, the frame fractured and the slide wouldn't move.
She got her money back and bought a Colt Delta. It cost half again as much, but it worked.
When she went to Kodiak, the next year, she took a Super Blackhawk and a Marlin .45/70.
Good to know.
My G20 is on its second slide and Barrel.
Why is that? I thought Perfection was eternal.
I'd prefer the Sig or Browning.
I must say, I like the looks of that Bren10. Too bad the mag problems killed it.
Too bad you did not make this a "survey".
It would have made results instantly available.
I would take the Bren 10
