The ak guys have one where is ours?
Dang right man! I'm in if someone will back me up! You know...gotta use the buddy system.
Here's my DPMS. CAA grip and rail under the fore grip, Grip Pod and an Aimpoint Comp ML3 with an Arms throw lever mount spaced for co-witnessing.
That's a nice rifle there! I got one of them too! It's changed a bit since this picture was taken so I'll need to shoot a new pic but here's a start.
here's my DPMS Sweet16
Here are my two:
New this year RRA Elite Comp and my 1980 Colt SP-1
+1 on this thread dudes!
I would post pics, but I don't have any guns....anymore
All I have is a hand-me-down Wrist-Rocket with a broken leg, and a Red Ryder BB Gun with canted sights and a missing cocking handle
The DPMS with the scope is one of 2 varmint AR's I have built for myself. It has a Jard 2lb trigger and and a lapped barrel. The last trip to the range produced (3) 75gr handloads into .218.
The other rifle is my DPMS 6.8mm with 14.5" barrel and it shoots very impressive groups for such a short barrel as well. I handload for it to squeeze out more accuracy, but it does like the factory Hornady stuff. I hand build custom AR's as a large part of my business and have been now since 2002, thier versatility is amazing though I do not hunt with them except for groundhogs and the occasional crow.
DPMS AR Carbine and a Fulton Armory NM A-2
That would be great, if only I had any AR's. Alas, mine are all at the bottom of the Marianas Trench with the rest of the boat.
Cough… Cough… Cough … Ummmm …. right JD … that was such a loss
Tools of the trade
My guys, Big...
... and small
My only so far. DPMS AP-4 with cheapo tru-glo red dot(for now)
Sorry for the crappy pics....If Id quit buying guns&gear, maybe i could buy a decent camera
Just picked up # 4 last week.
My first NFA, and one of the first 1000 off of the line....
An ORIGINAL classic.
That is not a rifle! That is a plastic POS child's toy!
In all seriousness though, I would love to have one of those original production M16A1s for historical reference and demonstration to use in history lectures on Vietnam era weaponry.
You lucky dog you! You got a great find right there!
