Just bought a wheeler punch set and hammer on ebay. It was $33 bucks and seems like a nice kit. I will keep you guys updated. Gonna have to pick up some more hours at my main job to afford all this crap!! haha. But I would rather pay $30 and use proper tools than use improper tools and ruin a gun.

you will never go wrong with buying quality tools. they will last longer and perform much better than cheap tools.

most all of my punches and chisels have come from Snap-On, Mac and Matco over the years, with a few from Craftsman as well. some are well over 30 years old and are in excellent condition and doing the job they were intended to do.

Which kit was it? Hammer, 8 brass punches, 6 steel punches and plastic box?

I got the Wheeler FAT wrench, as well as the deluxe Kit from Natchez(Wheeler-88 pcs) and a smaller kit from KleenBore/Safariland for the range bag. came in handy Sunday Afternoon/Evening when the Mossberg 702 began to gag on spent shells.
