Can't really afford anything else right now, but if I encounter a S&W Model 10, either a 4" heavy barrel or a snub, here we go again.

I think it will be a springfield bare bones 1911. I only have one 1911 and that just doesn't seem like enough!

I too need a decent basic 1911. My daughter relieved me of mine a few years ago (That's the ONE gun of your's I want) and now I have a hole between the Kimber compact .45 and the DW 10mm.

It followed me home today.... S&W model 60. Yeah it’s got the Hillary hole but I couldn’t pass it up for under $550

I bought a 365 XL a few weeks ago. I’ve been testing it out. Wow! While no gun is perfect, I’ve been extremely impressed with the way this gun handles and shoots. I’ve been carrying and training with a Kimber Compact in 45 which I really like as well. The big difference is the reduction of recoil, faster return to target and holy smokes, 5 more rounds before clip change!

Well, after a tutorial on front sights, the 686+ and I have come to an understanding. The heck with a new Python, this Smith is now a keeper. Took a couple hundred rounds and a video to figure it out. 005C0FC9-E786-4ADE-9EB9-25160D5404C1.jpeg

You will enjoy that little Sig, I have both variants.

I too would grab a new Python, but a 4.25 version.

I hunt so would reflex sight it, hence the 6"
Hunted w a reg 6" Python yrs ago.

My P30L is OK, and I wanted the bigger size.
But for EDC might go with reg VP9.

The Sigs are nice, buds have them, like them.

I've got the using guns I want. The next handgun will be for the .32 ACP collection. Has to be designed between 1900 and the onset of WW2. (I have a Mauser HSc.) I do not have a Remington 51. Colt 1903s are habit forming. Savage 1907s have multiple variations.

I'll have to see what I find.

    Possibilities.

Kahr K9 9mm -- We'll see. Haven't had the best of luck with earlier Kahrs, back when, in terms of reliability, but this was with the polymer-framed Kahrs. Might be time to revisit their original compact steel sidearm. The K9 doesn't have the greatest capacity, but it's flat-riding, relatively light (for an all-metal unit) and is in 9mm.

Bersa Thunder 9 UC 9mm -- Have shot a few, and evaluated them about ten years ago, but have never acquired one. Decent capacity, good balance, by all accounts very reliable. A little chunky, but I can deal with that.

CZ 2075 BD 9mm -- Have shot it, in the first couple of years when it came out. Loved the balance and feel. Might be time to revisit.

I ordered a case of PPU 10mm and a couple hundred rounds of SD ammo to feed my new to me beast this morning.

And my LGS notified me the O.D. Green Wrangler I told him to watch for will be in soon.

Not sure if I posted this yet.. but this for sure.
Love the PT111 G2.. so I know this G3 will be good ergonomics for me.

Also it has the features I want.. all at the price of a good strip club visit.
