That looks good! Me, I'm feeling lazy. Could be a popcorn night. Maybe huevos rancheros. It's gonna be easy whatever it is.

Looks like it's going to be grilled chicken, grilled asperagus, rice, and baked beans later here.

Tonight is my last night at home for a bit, so it's going ot be low key and easy. Might even order just a plain old pizza.

I made pizza dough and my own sauce with fresh basil, thyme, oregano, sun-dried tomatoes and LOTS of garlic. I'll top it with simple cheese and baby portabello mushrooms. On the stone in the oven it'll come out thin and crispy! :)

The wife is out of town, so I've got Stouffer's creamed chipped beef. I love that stuff.

I had Teriyaki chicken as well, but roasted. And with mashed potatoes and a mushroom and onion gravy. I'm still stuffed.

I had beef roast with mashed potatoes on the grill and made from scratch cherry cupcakes made with cherries off our tree! Yummy yum yum!

If you put fresh raw potatoes and onions in the blender and blend them up to an almost mush, they end up like toasted mashed potatoes on the grill and they are delicious!

    Fixed the lowcountry boil tonight.
It's "more fun" than it is good, and it's pretty good.
The kid loves eating outside and making a mess.

    Recipe here> Coastal Living-Lowcountry boil
Except I peel the potatoes, and add an onion and chicken tenders.

One pot cleanup + family fun = winning!

I hate to admit this but I LOVE Jack in the Box tacos. Unfortunately there hasn't been a JITB in the midwest since the early/mid 1980's. JITB tacos are disgustingly delicious!!
