A very tasty, if somewhat messy plate of creamed eggs with onion, ham, oregano, white pepper, and cheddar. Potato latkis, and loin chop.

Two Burger King Junior Breakfast Burritos with Bacon, off the Value Menu. Minus the hash browns and “Cheesy Sauce”, and one of the tortillas. That results in two eggs, four strips of bacon, and only 22-grams of carbs.

I could eat bacon every day! Now, though I limit myself to 3 pieces on the weekend.

We don’t have bacon often only because I hate cooking it. But I recently bought 3 pounds from a high school kid selling it as a fundraiser. Sometimes I cook it in the oven but it’s always so messy.

We have a microwave cooker for bacon. Just cover it with a paper towel so it does not splatter.
This morning onion, garlic, spinach and mushroom scrambled eggs.

Always cook my bacon in the oven. A sheet pan and a cooling rack. No mess at all.
I only use thick sliced bacon from the meat counter, I never buy packaged bacon.

This is very thick cut bacon. I put the bacon on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. 400° for about 20 minutes.
You don’t get a full of grease under the bacon?

No. I put a baking cooling rack in the pan. All the grease drips into the sheet pan.

Thick cut takes exactly 29 minutes @ 350° in my electric oven. That's hand sliced bacon from the meat counter, not that packaged thick cut.

Pineapple orange pancakes with a Morello cherry, just because I have some.
Should have made some pineapple syrup but I'm too lazy this morning so I just had maple syrup.
