    Havn't seen any bricks lately.

The only thing I have bought lately is CCI Mini-Mags for $6.97 for a box of 100 and Win

    X Hi-Speed for $5.49 a box of 100.

Whenever I see a box of Federal .22LR, 550 count at Wal*Mart, I pick one or more up. Roughly goes for 12 bucks & some change in my neck of the woods.
Gun shows & gun stores can't compete.

They sell .22lr in quantities greater than 100?!?

Until very recently it's been hard to find ANY .22 ammo, let alone in bulk.
I did buy a 500rd box of Remington Thunderbolt at David's Gun Room for $25 last time I was there, and after shooting all that, I decided I was better off spending the extra couple of bucks and getting decent ammo in 100rd boxes.

Though, since I never have time to go the range anymore, the last 400 rounds of Winchester Super X that I bought are still sitting in my range bag.
