What type of bullet is this ?

    I bought a hand cannon from a friend of mine, anyway to the point,
    he gave me two boxes of ammunition.. and in one of them those bullets were there, and I have no idea what kind of bullet it is,
    so i was wondering if any of you guys could tell me since i'm not very experienced.... by the way there's a spring inside of it..

    Those are called "snap caps". They have an internal spring to soften the blow of the firing pin and prevent damage to the pin. They are inert and used for dry fire practice.
