Annie Lennox. I always though she was a one hit wonder, "Sweet dreams are made of this". turns out, she dis a lot more than that

Interesting side note. The Randy Bachman of the Guess Who, and Bachman Turner Overdrive, is the leader of the Iron Horse Bluegrass Band.

Little Richard just passed away. And so, in memory of his great music ...

Little Richard -- his 1970 album The Rill Thing.

Right now, at sunset, two Bobwhite quail are singing a duet in my orchard (They are the intro group). A bit earlier, the Canada Goose Quartet came by, headed for the creek. Coyotes come onstage around nine followed much later by the Horny Hootie Owls (A local group singing from the big Bur Oak tree in the yard to another member somewhere across the road). The Spring Peeper choir is also warming up (They must number in the thousands).

A comedy duo (Roscoe the Basset) and Maya (Labrador/Pit) spent a long time the other night barking at their own echo from the hollow, bristled up back hair and all.

    Best music in my world.

One of the best players ever. It seems if it has strings, Bromberg has mastered it.
He's now living in Wilmington, De. making fine instruments.
Right now, Spanish Johnny is playing. Beautiful sad song.

As of this very second I'm listening to the Israel symphony orchestra under Zubin Mehta playing the second movement from Beethoven's 7th symphony - sublime, what can be done with just eight notes.

Leon Russell -- some of his 1970s work, such as his self-titled album from 1970, Leon Russell.

And his 1971 album, Leon Russell & The Shelter People:
