Looks like a do it yourself build, it's definitely not all bushmaster. That isn't a bad thing though, It is possible that all the major parts are bushmaster with an aftermarket stock and quad rail.

Pics of the markings on the barrel, the upper and the bolt carrier group could help determine the origin.
