So I got a call this morning right as one of our local gun stores was opening. We were having a S&W Shield transferred and it had arrived. As my wife was filling out the paperwork I got bored and went to look at rifles. As I was looking at the m1a's I began asking a few questions and here is where I got into trouble. They had just had someone bring in a m1 Garand and it was out being refinished as the previous owner had tried it and left the stock sticky to the touch. The owner turned the corner and told us that they had just got it back. Great. Now what am I going to do? She's a beaut and I find myself filling out paperwork as my wife is wrapping up hers. In a matter of minutes, I have this to put in my car: DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE CONSEQUENCES!
