Does anyone know what the twist was on the barrel of a Weatherby xxii semi auto. I haven't been able to find it anywhere including calling Weatherby directly. The standard twist on most 22LR is about 1:15, I assume it is about in that range give or take. If not how can you determine what the twist is? Thanks for the help.

Put an oiled patch on your cleaning rod so it fits snug in the bore. Draw a line length-wise on the rod and mark it where you start. Push in until your long line makes one complete revolution. Mark it. Measure between marks. If it is 15" between marks it is 1in15"
