All I can find on this firearm is a picture, that it is a Kimber 191145ACP pistol, and that it has obviously been modified. I would like that same exact gun in 9mm. Does anyone know what direction to point me. Thanks everyone.

No photo shows, of the thing you're looking at.

IMO, these are two completely different categories: a Glock, and a 1911 .45ACP.

Depends on what you really want or need. Each might satisfy different elements in the mix of pros/cons you're seeking.

There are some makers who do 1911's in 9mm as well. STI (in Texas), Wilson Combat, for example

Did you look at the Kimber Site? They make quite a few 9-mm versions. Looks like the make the one you posted in in 9-mm

I can't find that gun in black anywhere. I'm not as skilled and knowledgeable as everyone else on here. If someone could help me find that exact gun I would really appreciate it. I want to buy it tomorrow.

I like Kimber. I have 2 of my own. I actually like the one your after too. Thats why I still have the Rifleman magazine it was posted in. But I purchased my S&M 500 recently, so that one is on hold. 20191129_180858.jpeg 20190929_214447.jpeg

With a Kimber you get a good trigger.
The price is high for the product.

10mm is an awesome round. And if you start reloading. They can be loaded from mild to wild.

If you have the $ to waste you can get 1911's for up to $7,000! But they will not perform any better to save your live in a SD situation than one you get of well under 1K.;) Don't get me wrong, I love the 1911 and have used them to save my live more than once, but I don't need a 200K car to get my groceries either.:)

You are 100% right. I could have a million dollar gun and if I don't know how to use it then it's as good as a throwing rice at an assailant. I guess, because of the Pandemic, guns have become a sort of hobby. I'm doing everything I can to learn about them , appreciate them, and learn to properly use them. But when I see a beautiful gun like that something in me hits the "purchase this now" icon on my phone.

My brother just got into guns. He told me why he never did in the past. He was intimidated by them. We grew up around them. My father is a hunter. My brother never went hunting with us. I thought he was just against killing animals. His 1st gun he bought is a Remington 870. He just got a Ruger 9mm. And now he wants a rifle. He was asking me if i have long distance guns. He want's to get into shooting long distance. I told him he needs to lean how to shoot close and work his way out. I was scared to reload at 1st. Muzzle loading helped me start reloading.
