I can NOT get the stock bolt loose. My longest biggest screwdriver will fit in the slot if I force it inside the stock itself, and it locks in, but I just can not get it to turn in the slightest. It is just so frustrating . I applied some oil and let that sit for a few hours, nothing!

Any clever ideas? I would really appreciate it.

If you could fit it in a freezer, it will often cause screws to loosen,

Kroil penetrating oil, or automatic transmission fluid can find their way into places over time.

Kroil and sunshine/ warmth to get it to creep better. Then cool it.

Does your screwdriver have a square or round body? If its square, put a combination or crescent wrench on it for added torque while putting weight on the screwdriver. If its round try some visegrips.
