Unexpected visitor

    Went out back to get the cat, and he was playing with something in the garden. Went o investigate and this is what we found.

    Thats pretty cool.. Is it wild or someones pet that got out?? Cat looks pretty friendly with it :)

    Wild, momma runs about quite a bit, dont know where the nest is though. Cat tried to take a nibble while we werent looking, LOL!

    I do believe that bunny is big enough to be out on it's own. They get independent pretty young.

    Seeing as how it just stopped breathing and died, not getting anywhere near it and family has just disinfected!

    Waa Waa, it whats happens to a little bunny thumped by a cat, taken out of it's habitat and put in a home. It won't eat/drink...stressed to the max. Yep that is the result. Next time either let the cat play with it outside or bring the cat in and let thumper find his way back home.

    And not to scare you but Pasturella is pretty common in rabbits........
