Ultrasonic cleaners .

    I just bought a RCBS ultrasonic cleaner . Am I impressed . I have a 629 smith and Wesson . And around the cylinder flutes. And the top strap under neath I could never get the carbon totaly off it . Well the ultra sonic did it ...
    I recomend these to any one that likes there guns. O.C.D. clean lol

    Interesting! What is the liquid media you submerge the firearm or parts in?

    I used the hormady gun parts cleaner ... It smells like pinesole ... I just might be lol . Is some kind of degreaser . The gun looked brand new ...

    It's mixed 40:1 with water being 40

    Try simple green.

    I did two cycles of a half hour ... And heat at 55 C or I think around .120 F .

    I have heard good things about simple green. I wounder if u would mix it to the same ratio ????
