After wounding both officers, the shooter stood over the Sergeant and shot him three times. The Sergeant has died. Shooter will get the needle after spending some time on OK death row. It's a damn shame these scumbags can't be executed in a speedy manner.

"Deleted, 33, was pulled over for what Franklin called a "regular traffic stop." When Zarkeshan and Johnson approached Ware's car, Ware "refused to get out of the vehicle," Franklin said."

Where in the blue brotherhood play book describes a “routine traffic stop” which mandates the driver get out of the vehicle or needs “extraction” with the use of pepper spray and utilization of Tasar.

further, seems local LE agency has “interacted” (no details provided) with the shooter previously!

hummm...been stopped several times, all while OC’g, i’ve always been told to stay in the vehicle!

oh wait shock & awe newspeek media sympathy report from the blue brotherhood.

    Very ugly.

You never know what some people, out there, are thinking or will be capable of, when approaching.

Tough, challenging, respectable and honorable task, policing.

Condolences to the surviving officer, and to the families.

To the murderous perp: well, you got what you wanted; may the People ultimately get what's right ... your permanent removal, given your showing your refusal to act human and play well with others.

Your “blue brotherhood” bs is just disrespectful here. An innocent person lost their life just doing their job by the hand of a scumbag.

In big cities you don't know your neighbors and..Big cities are a breeding ground for rugs, drunks, malcontents, and now terrorists. You can find it everywhere but here in God's Country everyone knows everyone else and the few anti social types usually leave as they are shunned. Use to be if you didn't go to Church no one would have anything to do with you. You couldn't be trusted. Tell one lie and the same. One of the first things the Socialists and Communists attack is Christianity, like Clinton and her husband did. at Church, in the Church, or a picnic, or gathering at your home, you could not speak of the Christian to elect or any politics, just like China. Christianity was the founding force of our Republic and this foundation is what made Americans great and society civil. The ant colony of the cities there is less freedom and personal space and opportunity to get out and enjoy life and be happy. The denizens of our cities are shaped by TV, Cable, and "Sophisticated Hollywood" trash entertainment of sex and violence. Trash in trash out. And what do city people do. They watch TV and the computer, and they runt to and from the stores and eat at Mc Donalds coming and going and cities are now 50 mile long strip malls, something that was outlawed in tiems when Cities and counties Planning commissions were not run by Flea Market Operators, Slum Lords and Developers as Mayors and City Councils using public funding/taxes ala Florida for development that will generate more taxes for more development and developers.
There is no way I would live n a big city where these Communists were nutured ...and the people that can are now fleeing the hot beads of malcontent they lended their hand to of Chicago, all of California and all those behind the Brandenburg Gate of the Northeast...and bring it all with them.
We know our Law Enforcement, they are our neighbors and when called we lend a hand, not as much as before the Patriot Act and the linear vertical integration of all La Enforceent and fire etc in a National Police Force effectively..and ordinary citizens are now not Deputy Sherrif reserve Officers or anything else the several acts were crafted to draw a line between Law Enforcement and Citizens and restrict their legal ability to defend themselves etc and it all directed to a largest extent by Homeland Security and this the Socialists/Communists of the Democrat Party and the RINOs dream.
just as the Socialists and Communists stole our children with aa National Department of Education dictating to state and local levels and forcing them to not exclude these Communists Professors, teachers and by their anti American textbooks they have crippled the Community Law Enforcement and Neighbors relationship.

No, it is simply sad news. Your lack of compassion and imaginative theories define you...cold hearted and manipulative.
Again, as you did with the Houston clerk shooting, you make a lot of assumptions without any clarifying information...and thus you start building presumptions based on what you don’t know. The police officers and sheriffs deputies I know are all good people performing a dangerous and often thankless job. I choose to honor their service until they truly violate our trust; it seems to me that you choose to denigrate them.

you and others have failed to even begin to explain how “a routine traffic stop” resulted in the driver being tazed while seating in the driver’s seat, or what pretext caused the driver needed to be physically “extracted” from the vehicle, or why pray tell, did the very expensive computer in the LE vehicle didn’t alert the LE(s) that sometime in the recent past the local agency had interacted with the driver of this “routine traffic stop”?

so since you and others have no earthly idea either...unless the event is critically and honestly, as well as unbiased & unemotionally, investigated to determine how the officers failed in their execution of a “routine traffic stop” other blue brotherhood members across this nation are at an increased risk to suffer the same fate!

now, bottom line can you do absolutely a bloody thing right now which reverses the consequences or does heart-wrenching hand wringing singing woe is me do anything — nope!

harsh perspective, perhaps, but consider that from the moment we are born, our destiny is strictly defined to die...we can’t control the time, nor change, nor stop it...
further, this concept is/has been espoused for ages to the world’s citizenry from pulpits & thorough religious tomes - “when you die!”

Because I live in Tulsa County, my phone received an emergency alert very early in the morning after this incident happened.

I do not try to explain events that I was not first hand privy to, I simply try to grasp the available information. You, on the other hand, presume it was a failure on the part of the officers without having evidence. Like you presume guilty with the clerk in Houston, now you presume failure(s) on the part of the police. I mourn his families loss

Routine traffic stops are always dangerous for LE simply because people have a tendency toward evil.

And now you wish to teach us about life and death? You are right, we do not know when we will die or even how, but we can know that we will physically die. But, thankfully, in Christ that too is not the whole story, for the promise of God is eternal life in Christ for all who believe. This body will die, but our soul is eternal, and God gives us hope in redemption through the sacrifice of Christ; His blood for ours sins. A terrible price for sinners like us. God’s grace is amazing!

Aged warrior, when something like this event occurs and the presumption was it was an isolated incident then others will succumb due to a lack of root causal determination from the incident.

There was a protocol failure pure and simple...and corrective action to mitigate future failures isn’t training!

The frailty of life is completely underestimated by everyone until the the individual spends approximately 33% of their health care benefits the last 3-4 weeks of an individual’s waning life to avoid the inevitable — death!

I will make it simple! The "NEWS" advised it was a Routine Traffic Stop! Like the idiots rioting, tearing down statues, looting and burning buildings, are only Peaceful Protestors. And by the way, there is no such thing as a routine traffic stop! Because law enforcement is always dealing with the unknown. So unless we know the truth and the totality of the circumstances involved in this altercation. For me, I choose not to be a back yard quarterback!;) There had to be some reason they wanted him out of the car.
Smell of dope, his actions , a hit on the National NCIC or other reason well within their authority to request he exit the vehicle?

There you go presuming again! You presume how LE will/will not act or train based on the event. You presume a protocol failure. And you presume everyone underestimates or misunderstands the reality of end of life.

Presumption is a fruit of arrogance.
