I'm getting light strikes on my Turkish Mauser. I have been looking around and I need a new firing pin spring. So what is the firing pin spring I need? I have been told to get the Wolff one.

I'm not sure what model the bolt is though. All that I know is the receiver is made before 1899 and that it is a K.Kale.

I don't know if the serial number would help at all.

All Turk Mausers were reworked in (I believe) 1936. Need pics to determine the exact model. I would first disassemble the bolt and clean THOROUGHLY. Built up grime from over 50 years can interfere with the proper operation of the striker/firing pin. WD-40, cosmoline, powder residue, etc are fairly easily removed, but the bolt must be disassembled first.

I really don't much about it really. Not a Mauser expert.
