Am under 21 and I was wandering if one of my parents set up a class 3 trust if I could use the items such as a suppressor without one of the present

Check your local laws but as long as the stamp accompanies the item then you can.

Only if you're on the trust, and I'm not sure if minors can be included.

    Find a gun-friendly lawyer.

depends on the state whether a under 21 can be on a nfa trust or not.

if you can you can only be on it as an heir. you will not be allowed to use it unsupervised.

again it depends on your state laws.

By law no you have to be 21 to be in possession of a suppressor period
