Anyone have experience with a TripleK holster?

Here's the one I'm thinking about (black basketweave) to tote my new 3.75" Vaquero around when it arrives (this is a stock pic and not the vaquero obviously)

Triple K seems to make decent reasonably priced leather goods. Others are nicer, but they cost more.
I disremeber who told me this but "You don't always get what you pay for, but you NEVER get what you don't pay for".

Not a big fan of thumb straps on cc holsters but Triple K makes decent leather st a good price point.

Is he using it for "conceal carry"?

As for the holster, it looks like a nice one

Good point I don’t know. So I’ll clarify my statement. Not a big fan of thumbstraps on ANY holsters, preferring a good friction fit. But thats just a personal bias.

Yeah, I agree, I don't like them on conceal carry but I do have a nice leather Bianchi with a thumb strap for my S&W Model 10... kinda fits the old revolver

Oh I have a few. As you said some guns and situations just seem to go with the thumb straps. I do carry my Custom Mountain Gun in a Bianchi cross draw with a strap for retention while I’m climbing tree stands and such.
