I had to take all four cats to the vet this week for shots, exams, one X-ray and one blood panel. The vet earned just under $600. for these services.

Because we're moving at the end of the month, this cut severely into our moving money. My stainless Kimber Pro Carry II was a nice pistol, but I never really warmed up to it. So I listed it on a CA gun forum where I trade a lot. I made the ad for cash, or a Ruger GP100 and cash. At one o'clock, I'm trading the Kimber for a 6" blue GP100 with only 50 rounds fired plus cash. :D

That will put some money back into out moving fund and it will give me back the handgun of my forum name. I can't very well be CA357 without a .357, now can I?

Assuming the trade happens, I'll post pics later after the deal is done.

Well good luck to ya but I think I would have just used to Kimber to take care of the sick cats.

    It's a done deal. I swapped for a like new blued 6" GP100 plus some dough. :)

Now I have to wait ten days to bail it out of stinkin' Kalifornia gun jail.

Sounds like a win win situation to me. You now are a proud .357 owner again. Good deal Don.

    Yeah, or her!

Although I have two sets of her 1911 grips. One pair is on the Sistema and the other pair was on the Kimber. I took them off the Kimber and replaced them with the stock grips when I traded it today.

I'll have my Colt Combat Commander one of these days and they'll go on it.

    (fingers crossed)

That is one of the dumbest statements I've ever had to read on the interweb. If you were to say something like that about a mans pets face to face......never mind you wouldn't.

Don, sounds like your pretty happy to have a 357 again and who wouldn't be. You found a fine way of smoothing over the bumps that happen in life. Looking forward to pictures of your 357, include some of your pets as well.

    With much respect Sir,
    Will

What I would have done, but with a .22LR. Rounds for the Kimber are too expensive to waste helping a cat be reiencarnated into a higher life form, like a dog! :D My ambition for my next life, a dog!!

And not this one!! Unless she come with the package!!

Don, glad the trade worked out for you, let us know how you like that GP100. The GP100 is on my wannahave list!!

And Nate, I think what Doctherock said pretty well sums it up. Do us a favor and think before you let the ignorance flow. Thanks.
