Tommy Gun 22 1927A-3 Problem

    Sometimes the bullet will not go into the chamber (jammed) and when it does it may not fire. I am using Remington Golden Bullet and Winchester Super X Plated. I used two different 30 round magazines. Any help will be appreciated. If it can not be fixed at least it is a cool looking gun. Yes I do have the drum for it also.

    Fail-to-feed problems FREQUENTLY trace back to a magazine lip issue. Try a different mag, or JUDICIOUS bending of the feed lips. Of course, round nosed FMJ ammo. Fail to fire is a sign that the round is not fully seating, and bolt is still a smidge out of battery- so firing pin energy is diverted to getting the bolt to close all the way. Diagnosis at long range is pretty hard, but odds are that's your problem.
