Tapco is one of the more popular aftermarket suppliers of SKS "upgrades". If you want a tacticool rifle in 7.62 X 39, buy an AK with a folding stock. The SKS is a good weapon platform. Fixed stock, fixed magazine, simple sights. Spending hundreds of dollars on a $100 rifle just does not make sense to me. The $100 version gets the job done. Learn to load with stripper clips. Put $100 worth of ammo down range and get good with the rifle. You won't need the expensive add ons.
