i have a question that nobody seems can answer i want to know how the tikka t3 .223 rifle stacks up to remington savage and all them others ?
The Tikka, owned by Sako that is NOW owned by Beretta, is still making a very good rifle. They are a fine product and if that is your choice, you will not be disappointed. Keep in mind that they are made in Finland and that any returns for any warranty issues can be a pain, but do not necessarily need to be if you go through the proper channels. We have moved a lot of Tikka through the shop, but generally the customer is looking for a heavier caliber. Something in the .308/.300 Win calibers. While I have never shot a .223 version, I have shot the .308 and it is a fine weapon. Hope that helps. JD
thansk dillinger i bought it is a great rifle in the .223 version i though about getting the .308 but havent decided i appreciate the info. whats the best bushnell scope to go with it for longrange shooting. i had a tasco for 10 years and it finally broke
A number of people I know shoot Tikka T3s, they are well made reliable rifles. Marketed as the "more affordable" version of a Sako a good number of parts are the same or very similar to it's higher priced stable companion, I don't think you will reget your purchase. photopro
