I have a 916T Eastfield by Smith and Wesson. This was a very poorly manufactered gun and is no longer made. I purchased screws from Numrich, S&W part # 120550000, Numrich part #421090, Pivot screw for release lever and lifter. I need the size and thread pitch for this screw. I think it is a 3mm but is not .50 thread pitch. I emailed Numrich support and they say they have to many sales to answer individual emails. I have went to local fastener businesses and the threads are to short to guage and they do not carry nuts that small to test threads. One business had 3mX.50 nuts and they are the wrong threads.I need to buy a tap to clean out the threads on the trigger assy. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Numrich bought out all parts from Smith and Wesson. I have tried to find info from S&W and they don't even acknowledge the shotgun.

    Thread size.

After closer inspection these are left hand threads.

Have you got a size/thread gauge? I'd use it to find out what it is. I wish I could help you more but I don't have a clue what size/thread they are.

The answer to this question is 6x40 left hand threads for anyone else that would like to know.
