I agree 100%. Said the same thing in another post! Why would any manufacturer of any style firearm or firearm accessory still offer sales to a state or government body, who restricts or bans the same sales to law abiding citizens that reside in that same state?? That is the whole point of the 2nd amendment to allow citizens to bare arms equal to our own gov and military!

It's a novel idea and in theory perfect.. But lets be realistic, EVERY manufacture would have to say no and that's not going to happen, plus there would be someone somewhere that would step and fill the orders. It's sad but money wins out every time.

But it might cost them more in the long run if their sales are LE only.

IMO if it were to ever go LE/gov only, the government will just make their own weapons.

your probably right, though it would take a long time and it might cost them some in the long run.
