    Okay. Let's try this again.

The top three choices of THESE products will be joining a control and Fluid Film in a salt water and heat challenge to see what product we will approve of as the FTF Weapon Lube of Choice.

This time the poll is going to be public and you can vote for more than one choice, so if you have designs on voting for everything, please save the effort.

This is a second serious attempt to figuring out what works and what does not work so good members will stop spending their money on stuff that isn't worth a damn.

Okay to vote for more than one, but is three votes the maximum?

Also, the poll link is missing.

    Poll link??

Yes, you can vote for up to three. Why? Because this is supposed to have an end result. That result is to get three more test lubes. Not 30 guys voting for all ten items.

I don't know. Are you using it to lube and protect your firearms? Or just to make it easier to get into that dude's pants you've been eyeing across the bar. :D:p

I voted and I'll try to get the temperature measurements this afternoon. If not today, then tomorrow.

    *BUMP*

Get your votes in, get your votes in!!

I am having some test media sent to me, I am going to Home Depot and Tacoma Screw this week to start getting ready.

Speak up and cast your vote or your product won't get tested.

I've got another oil I'd like to see tested if I could sneak a surprise in there.

The first I do when cleaning a gun is crack a beer. When I'm done, I have a mixed smell of alcohol and Hoppes. This (and I'm sure of it!) is irresistible to females.

Well, you've only had a month and a half to completely ignore me on this, but since you did do the heat testing which prove very handy, I feel I must give you a Mulligan. :p:rolleyes:

    What you got?:D

Joe Gibbs hot rod oil. It's expensive, 100% synthetic but designed for high performance engines that sit for weeks at a time. It clings to metal and has a higher zinc content then most oils.

There is also a break in oil that has higher zinc and phospherous levels then most and it's what we use to break in all our engines....great stuff. Also synthetic.
