First we start with quality cut chops then Marinade then in one of my secret souses over night. Fire the grill up open the bottle of whisky pore myself a drink while getting the grill ready. Get the pork chops out of the fridge and pore some more whisky, glass in one hand and chops in the other head to the grill. Check temp of grill make adjustment to fine tune the slow cooking go back inside to refill my drink. Place chops on grill close lid and refill glass. Turn chops every few minutes and refill glass. After bottle is gone take chops off grill and stagger in house, grab a chop and start eating. So even if the chops come out tasting like sh_t you don’t mind because you’re to drunk to give a dam.
