It seems with all the price gouging, panic buying from events of late just getting some of the reg. stuffs is now a challenge if you can find it at all !!

Every LGS i go to up this way,(which is 3or so) has the same wide eyed, hands in the air answer, "I cant even order it!, What you see in the store is what we got"!

If you can find what your lookin for how long is the ship?4-6weeks avr.?

Annnyway i just got back from one of my usuall trips with a 500count box of .45 SWC lead heads for 50bux! For me that was a score n a half!

A friend gave me some 308 Win, cases and some 180 gr RN bullets. I seldom use anything heavier than 150's but I will shoot 'em. Now If my .308 dies will come in. They've been on order for about 3 weeks, I'm using borrowed dies now.
Another friend gave me 11 rounds of Winchester factory .303 Brit. Can't have too much ammo. Each round counts.

i havent scored in a while and i'm starting to get the itch, which is weird, i thought you got the itch AFTER you scored???

ohhhhh, you're talking about bullets. no, but there is a gun show in town this weekend, should be able to find something.

Gun show past weekend found for my 6.8 SPC Hornady 110 g HPBT / wc [email protected] $22 X 2 boxes , also WLR 1000 @ $35. I'm happy & wifey is too. Mickey

I bought four boxes of WWB .45acp 50 count boxes for $22. And I dont even own a .45 yet. But I will in a few weeks. So I picked up a couple boxes when I found them.

The wife and I went into wall mart Saturday before last. To my surprise they had 5 boxes of 100 cnt federal 9mm fmj for $21.97 each and 19 boxes of 50 count 223 for $13.67. When I asked the lady if my wife and I could get 3 of each she said you can get it all if you want it. I looked at my wife and said, honey go get a buggy. I started not to buy all of it but figured if I didn't the next guy would. I felt like I had just won the lottery.

Nice, I wish I could find a couple boxes of 9mm.

Went down to my basement workshop last night and loaded 500 rounds of 5.56X45.

Loaded 1000 rounds of.357 Magnum over the weekend.

Running low on empty cases!

A shopping cart "buggy". I looked at my receipt and the 223 was 16.27 not 13 .97. Still pretty good.

I keep reading all these stories about no ammo and having trouble getting guns and it is true it seems Walmart and academy are out but down here in south texas my lgs has tons of ammo on hand as well as guns and I went in yesterday asking about the new ruger 1911commander he said if I don't have it I can get it for you it seems he is the only lgs not having any issues oh while I was there got 5 boxes of federal 2 boxes home defense in 40 2 boxes monarch semi hollow 357 2 boxes 380 monarch semi hollow 2 boxes 12 gauge and 2 boxes 20 gauge all federal also a box of buck for the 12 and the 20 of federal premeium so I scoorrreedd

I scored two boxes of CCI .22 LR (375 rounds each) and a box of .308's today from Wally World.

My LGS has plenty of ammo but he is charging double the normal price for it. Finding ammo for me is not too difficult, finding it at a price I can swallow is another thing altogether. I don't mind paying a slightly higher price but I refuse to pay double.

I ordered 500 rounds of 9mm from an online source which will arrive today. Paid $14 a box. I have plenty of shotgun shells for now but 22 is proving very difficult to find even online.

The most frustrating thing about it is that I want to go to the range really bad but I won't go until I can replace the ammo I shoot.

I got 1100 rounds of Federal CPHP .22 LR ammo yesterday from some guy on a local forum for $80.
