When's/Where's the cookout? Sounds like you had a great hunt.

I'm back out at the lease today, but all the deer are nocturnal since opening weekend.I'm trying to lure them out,but not having much luck.

    november mid month meltdown

i hope you all tag out .....time to kill some east tx porkers ....if deer hunting during this week ..sleep in and hunt from 10:30 till your butt gets sore the bucks have the does locked down ....breeding phase of rut ..he'll move if she gets up to feed or water....best set up for mid day is to find a grown up fence row /cross fence on the field /woodline edge that way you can use the cover to move all the way across the pasture as the wind changes
