Let's see, in 1994 I was about 13 years old, and not all that aware of what was going on outside of school, homework, sports practices, etc. When the gun ban bill was introduced, did the market go into a frenzy like it is now? were ARs and AKs and 15 round magazines for Beretta's, Glocks, etc. flying off the shelves? what was it like during that time? All I can vaguely remember is our next door neighbor bought an AK-47 because "pretty soon, we won't be able to buy one anymore" that was his only reasoning. --now, at least he was an actual gun enthusiast, and had several other rifles and handguns.
