I was takeing apart my rifle and the last nut is just turning and not comeing out or tighting I am not sure is I striped it or not any hints to say if I did or not

Not sure on which screw you are having an issue with. A lot of the time if it is not completely stripped wedging something (knife blade) under the head to exert upward force will help.

Cheap and safe way is have a GS take a look at it.

There is no gunsmith for at least 100 miles that I could find

Why are you trying to take that off? Ask yourself, is it necessary?

Trying to clean it completely the chargeing handle is geting rough with use

Pay attention to what parts do what and how they function. Don't go overboard.

That's very good to do and helpful but, if you pay attention to what each part does and how it works you can walk away from it for a month, mix all the parts together and still be able to reassemble the gun and diagnose problems.

And it helps to have pictures that show how to completely dissasimble the rifle
