I have a Mossberg 500C 20 gauge. I bought it used with factory wood stock & forend. The stock had a crack in it. I decided to replace it with an adjustable stock with pistol grip. That in return led me to want to turn it in to a tactical shotgun. So I set out on that mission. Replaced the 26" barrel with an 18.5" barrel. Finally after numerous hours of research found a black forearm with tri rail pictanny rail mount made for the 20 gauge, and then found me a 7 way position vertical/horizontal folding front grip. Also had a plain black sling strap to it. Shotgun is now complete. First picture is comparison of the now picture next to a picture of it stock when I bought it.

The stock & pistol grip came off ebay.....they fit both 12 & 20 gauge. My LGS came up with the forearm for me after I found that they did make them and was able to give him a manufacture name for who made it as it fits 20 gauge only and they're not very common. Every now and then you can find it on Ebay, but you can get it off Amazon. Here's a link for the forearm.

You can then purchase a set of 3 pictanny/weaver rails to attach to the forearm. If you look around though you can by the forearm & rails together as a set. Sorry but I don't remember which brand the stock and pistol grip is, but like I said thats the easy one as those from a 12 gauge also fits.
