I'm looking for a Quality Tac-Light for my AR-15 for under 60 dollars.

    Any suggestions?

I've found some Polymer streamlight models but I'm not sure if they can be mounted onto rails...

    thanks

I use a Surefire G2X LED that is rated at 200 lumens. Very bright. It's mounted with a Daniel Defense Offset PAK mount. The G2X cost $55.

I have a Sure Fire G2 mounted in a plain 'ole Weaver 1" scope ring mounted to the rail on a YHM free float tube. The remote tape switch tailcap for a Pelican M6 fits the 6P/ G2 lights from sure Fire.

I got the G2 at the PX for slightly cheaper than retail, and the tape switch for $20.00. The Weaver ring was kicking around my parts bin. I have about $60 tied up in the whole mess. It doesn't look mall ninja cool, but it works perfectly and it's rugged enough that it hasn't failed me in three years on my daily patrol rifle.
