Theoretically, you could machine away part of the slide, and keep your standard barrel. Advised? No.
To replace a barrel on a standard pistol is easy enough to find a custom barrel maker that will provide you one with a longer than standard barrel that is threaded to receive a suppressor.
However, you need to know what suppressor you are getting before hand because some manufacturers use reverse threads to avoid "garage" modifications....
