suppressor ammunition

    I just bought a SWR Hem .45 suppressor for my sig and want to know what absolutely quietest and cleanest ammo out there is?? thanks!

    Any ammo where the bullet is sub-soinic should work well, and I don`t think there is any ammo for the .45 APC that is super-soinic.
