I recently picked up a Suomi M31 semi auto carbine. Converted from a sub machine gun, this 9mm carbine is a pretty slick deal. Condition was excellent. A good shooter, once you understand the sights. I did order the 71 rd drum but it failed to function every time I used it. I did some reading and found that drum failure was not uncommon, so if you are thinking about getting the gun and the drum, think twice. I sent the drum back and exchanged it for a 32 rd mag. The mags were mint, unissued. The only drawl back was the gun is pretty heavy with a loaded mag and hard to shoot offhand, at least for me. Like many subguns, it is not designed as a target weapon. And the trigger pull is about 10 lbs or so it seems. I am in the process of getting the sear fixed so it is easier to use.
