Found a photo of strange rim fire in my files, what is it?
It's a Marlin .22, possibly a model 25. However, the upper tube is a mystery to me.
Marlin has made (and continues to make) animal tranquilizer guns. We use Marlins, but they do not look like this. Possibly an early version?
Good possible, Robo. They made the 25N rifle with a 193 dart barrel mounted above.
Thank you for the tip on checking the animal dart gun angle.
a PNEU-DART Model 196 dart gun*
I have 2 other photos needing some identifying.
Top one is a palm pistol- a Shattuck Little All Right. Cylinder gap flash would burn the crap out of you. http://www.icollector.com/Rare-Little-All-Right-Firearms-Company-Palm-Pistol_i14553136
Micro pistols always hold my interest for obvious reasons. The palm pistol is the one of the few micro pistol I have seen that made me think "why did they even bother making it?"
Odd Ar7 type rifle
This has the looks of a Ar7 rifle but never seen one like this before.
Osgood Duplex Revolver
Kinda a neat idea this little 8 shot .22 rimfire also had a .32rimfire cylinder pin barrel.
