I have some strange 223/556 brass. It;s LC the mouth edges looks like a hack saw blade with very fine teeth. Any idea why it would be like that?

Kinda looks like a dull trimmer chattering. You get it from another reloader?

Trimmer marks. Inspect it carefully. It may have been reloaded several times and discarded.

Totally normal, see it all the time on once fired NATO style brass. It trims right off if you want. My trimmer leaves no chatter marks - that's machine done.
