I went to wallyworld and they are selling the mossberg 500's with a 28" barrel for 200.
Great price, but would need to get a shorter barrel for home defense...so an additional 100 bucks AND I'm having a hard time finding 18" barrels right now.
At Gander they have this Stoeger pump with 18 1/2" barrel for 250. Has a nice little bit of pistol grip going on too.
So, my question is this....
Are stoegers decent pump action shotty's? Reliable?
The stoeger would be cheaper as I wouldnt need to source a barrel for it.
Opinions?
