Steyr: Last Of The Milsurps?

    I've noticed the last few weeks the absence of almost every great foreign Milsurp rifle we've discussed on the boards. A couple of websites still show them, but around my area, nothing much. I went into a Big 5 today and saw nothing on the racks except for two Steyrs. And no ammo for them on the shelf.

    Looks like the storied days of great milsurp purchases are over. Thanks to an unfriendly administration? Or have we just bought them all up??? :p

    We may have bought them all up. But, I'm not totally sure.

    I'm not sure where you are looking but there doesn't seem to be a shortage of most milsurps out there. Some of the bigger distrubutors appear to have little choice but the others have stock. Mosins, Enfields, Mausers of all flavors, Swiss and Swede. Check out some of these places:
