With warm weather here and all the talk about grillin', I thought it would be good to see what kind of steaks y'all like the most.

Porterhouse, the strip first, the filet after. This steak cut has great flavor and I can cook one and give the wife the fillet while I eat the strip!

Hell, I eat 'em both and let her chew the bone. We're full-blooded, red meat eatin' men, right?

Top Sirloin, especially after you marinate it, is REALLY good and works well to cube for kabobs, too. :)

A flank steak marinated and cooked and sliced right is really good.

The bar I'm working at has supposedly the cheapest prices for Filet Mignon in the country. $10.99 for an 8 oz filet and 2 sides. And it is oh so good. That being said, no one mentioned how they like their steak. Medium Rare here.. Or rare depending on who is cooking it.

I am with you on the Ribeye. I'm actually quite the good grill man with these babies as well. Nice fatty flare-up grill marks and just the right amount of blood in the middle.

I'll take the filet mignon. Rare. Just knock off its horns, wipe its butt and toss it on my plate. The All American Bar and Grille at the Rio serves a delicious filet and lobster combination. And they know how to cook a steak rare. I end up there about once a month. I play the MegaBucks $1 machine (usually put in $20 and end up with, on average, $150 payout after 5 minutes)at a Strip casino (usually the T.I.) and use the winnings to pay for the $50 filet and lobster bill at the Rio. It's on my way home because I live about a block and a half from the Rio.
