Always have wanted to try killing a phat bird with a bow... What kind of range should be expected?

45 yards or alot closer. If you are good enough then 60 yards is possible but you had better have a damn fast set up. I can and have killed one at 60.

No pins because I'm left eyed and right handed... I learned to shoot killing rabbits on the run with a fiberglass long bow bought from Coast to Coast hardware when I was ten with birthday money
