spotting scope

    I am wanting to buy a spotting scope mainly for the range i shoot my ruger 10 22 alot so i was wanting something i could see on paper at 200 yards i usually dont use the shoot n c targets but for the money i am wanting to spend im thinking i am going to have to i was only wanting to spend about 300 or less I found this one at midway and it dont even come with a tripod any suggestions

    This is a Meade package I got a couple of years ago for Christmas. Clear optics, 20-60x60, included a hard case, soft case, tri-pod (extends 15" - 44"), just a nice little spotter package. Was around $60 at the time I believe, a little higher now probably. Got this one for the same reason, to look at targets with a lot less walking.
